Ingredients | Hot Tin Roof Sundae Nebraska¼ cup butter1 ¼ cups packed brown sugar16 large marshmallows2 tablespoons light corn syrup1 dash salt1 cup evaporated milk½ cup chopped pecans, toasted1 teaspoon vanilla extractDirectionsMelt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in brown sugar, marshmallows, corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from the heat, and cool for 5 minutes.
